    Abstract

    The biotechnology revolution provides a unique microcosm within which to study the entrepreneurial/ venture capital interface and from with to begin to define paradigms for entrepreneurial development. Several characteristics of the biotechnology revolution distinguish its industry life cycle from that of other technology-based industries. In this paper, we consider to some flexible factors thanks to its transferability to other fields of broad observations regarding entrepreneurship.
